Month 1: What’s your story?
Have you ever thought about the story of your life? We all have stories that we tell ourselves and others, stories about what has happened in our lives and the way that it shaped us. We tell these stories over and over again, until they become ingrained, a part of who we are.
We’ll start by exploring your story; the beliefs that you hold, and where both positive and negative experiences might influence the way you move through life.
In this first super session, we will also spend some time thinking about your goals and where you would like to be at the end of this 6 month journey.
Month 2 - Values deepdive
Knowing your core values can help you to:
Feel grounded in who you are
Understand what truly matters to you
Know what principles to make decisions by
Decide what situations are a good fit for you
Being intentional with this knowledge can help you to make decisions that align with your values, which in turn means you can be authentic, honest and feel fulfilled. Let’s identify your core values and find out what is most important to you.
Month 3 - Strengthfinder
Your strengths are something to be proud of, and understanding what your strengths are can help you to make sure you are using them well. This might even influence what tasks you do, or future decisions in your life to make sure you are able to best use your strengths.
Here we will be doing some positive psychology exercises to help you recognise your favourite strengths, consider how you are using them in your life currently, and identify situations where you are best placed to use them.
What you find here might surprise you - and I’ll have a little surprise for you too!
Month 4 - Halfway to Healing
At the halfway point we will pause to reflect on the journey so far.
As you give space to your most authentic self and allow yourself to recognise your core values, you might find that your vision for this journey and the goals you started with are shifting as you start to show up differently in your life.
We can use this time to think about how it feels to dedicate time and energy to prioritising your own health and wellbeing, what has been important for you to learn in the journey so far, what feels aligned with your purpose and where you want to focus your energy as you move forward.
Month 5 - Self love and success
One of the most powerful things you can do on your healing journey is learn how to love yourself, trust yourself and show yourself compassion.
In this session we will consider how you build self-care practices, and what self-care really looks like for you (hint: what you need might be different to somebody else). We’ll also consider ways that you can show your nervous system that it is safe, listening to your body and building self-trust as you tend to your own needs.
Fun topics to explore here: affirmations, different types of rest and self-care, somatic practices and nervous system regulation.
Month 6 - Step into your future
These six months will take you on an amazing transformational journey, and how you feel at the end of it may surprise you. Even more exciting is that the seeds we are planting now will keep growing and blooming for months and years to come.
You are building the foundations to create the life that you truly want; having an unshakeable sense of self, knowing your own innate power and believing that you are worthy of a fulfilling life will keep you on the right path.
Considering the lessons you’ve learned, the tools and practices that you’ve found most useful, and your hopes for the future will help to plan how you keep up the momentum as you step into the future with intention, shining your beautiful light!

This programme is designed around the most important and common topics that I cover with my clients, and the themes that are most powerful to explore. The themed sessions are there to offer a supported journey, and the free sessions are there to give you the space and safety to explore anything else that comes up.
I’ve been inspired by the growth in my clients when they realise that they have choice and agency, that the power to change their life is within them. I want to support you on this journey of self-discovery, self-love and see you thriving!
However, with coaching you only get as much out as you put in. So if you are willing to be open, honest and vulnerable and really get involved with the activities and reflections I am sure that you will find it transformational!

First of all, the fact that you’re thinking this already means you are willing to self-examine and explore! It is really important to feel ready, and there will be a lot of introspection on this journey. If you’re not sure, why not book a discovery call and we can chat more about what the journey might look like for you.

Everyone who joins the programme will receive a printed copy of the workbook because I believe it feels special to have something solid to accompany you on this journey, especially if we are meeting online.
A digital copy of the workbook will also be available, as well as some other additional resources. Your personalised templates will also be digital and sent to you electronically.

In the workbook there is information to read and activities to try before each monthly focused session. Some of these will be important for what we will discuss in the session. There is also space to reflect after the sessions.
There isn’t a set amount of time needed, most activities you could complete in under an hour, but if you really want to dedicate time and energy to it then it could take a little longer.
The work isn’t mandatory - you aren’t going to fail if you don’t do it, and you don’t have to worry about me being angry if you haven’t had the time. But all of exercises I’ve included are incredibly valuable! I would encourage you to factor in some time to do the work once a month ahead of the session.

There will be a number of options for ongoing support that you can tap into as and when you need it. This will include:
A WhatsApp community with me and others from the programme so that you can support and uplift eachother
Group coaching sessions for those who have completed the sessions, another opportunity to continue growing and supporting eachother
Ongoing 1:1 coaching with me as often as you desire

The programme is spaced over six months so that you have the time for real growth and change, but keeping the momentum and staying focused on the journey.
You still have full control over when each session is booked depending on availability, and you can check this on my booking page.

For me this was such a happy day where everything felt aligned - it was my birthday and I was in Japan. Cherry blossom season was over, and it’s not the easiest month to get a clear view of Mt Fuji but everything aligned and I have this beautiful photo to remember it! So for me this represents the alignment we are looking for on this programme.
